Club Marine has named Tim Wiles as its new chief executive officer after a 17-year tenure at the company.
Wiles (pictured) had been serving as interim CEO since November 2023, having previously held the role of chief operating officer (COO), ensuring a smooth transition following the departure of Karen Te Maipi.
Wiles has amassed extensive experience across Club Marine’s operations, including leadership roles in underwriting, member services, technical operations, contact centres, claims, and product management.
He joined Club Marine in 2007 as a junior underwriter, having previously worked in the boating industry in Sydney. He continues to be an avid boating enthusiast.
