Arch Insurance Australia (Arch) has appointed Lucy Wood as the new northern manager for accident and health, effective immediately.
In her new role at Arch, Wood manages the accident and health portfolio and underwriting team for the Northern Region, including NSW, the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), and Queensland. Based in Sydney, she reports to Jarrod O'Connor, underwriting manager for accident & health.
O'Connor said Wood's customer-focused and service-led approach will be an asset as Arch continues to build relationships with its broker partners.
“Lucy brings a wealth of diverse management experience and accident & health expertise to the role. She is a well-known and respected underwriter in the sector and will play a central role in driving our accelerated growth in the Northern Region,” O'Connor added.
