Youi has entered a partnership with online property marketplace Domain, acting as the contact centre for the company’s insurance arm, Domain Insure.
Youi’s new partnership with Domain follows its entry into the New South Wales compulsory third party market in December 2020 and an agreement to underwrite Blue Zebra’s personal lines insurance in February 2020.

The partnership will see Youi sell home and landlord insurance policies transacted by Blue Zebra’s policy management system, with claims being outsourced to a third-party provider.
Tony Antonucci, executive general manager of products and partnerships at Youi, said the partnership comes at an exciting time for Youi as it extends its home products to new markets.
“Like Youi, Domain and Blue Zebra know how to grow in a highly competitive market and adapt to the markets’ changing needs to deliver the very best outcomes,” said Antonucci. “The team at Youi are very excited about this partnership, which will allow both Youi and Domain to work together to capitalise on new growth opportunities.”
For his part, Tony Mitchell, general manager of Domain Insure, said that his firm is “committed to supporting Australians at every stage of their property journey.”
“This partnership is another way Domain is expanding and helping people feel more connected on that journey,” he added.
