Global broker Lockton has announced the opening of a new Queensland office in Brisbane.
The Brisbane office will open on January 07 and will be manned by a specialist broking team led by Peter Jeeves as state manager for Queensland. He will also form part of Lockton’s national leadership team responsible for expanding the company’s Queensland operations, said Paul Marsden, CEO of Lockton Australia.
Jeeves brings to his new role more than three decades of experience and a successful track record of developing business in Queensland and across Australia; and has been recognised throughout his career for his professionalism, exceptional client service, and technical knowledge, Lockton said in a statement.
Also recruited to the team were Phil Stevens and Stephanie Thomson, as part of Lockton’s “investment in expanding our footprint nationally where we can add expertise and client value,” Marsden said.
