Gallagher Bassett (GB) has been named associate sponsor of the 2019 InsurTech Summit, which will be held on Feb. 28 at the Westin Sydney.
The event will tackle emerging trends shaping the future of insurance, how chatbots and artificial intelligence can enhance customer experience, how technology can personalise customer experience, and how to build an insurance/insurtech ecosystem that leverages the best of both worlds to deliver outcomes.
