Gallagher Brisbane will welcome customers to its new premises starting Feb. 4.
Gallagher is relocating its Toowong and Mary Street offices to a single location on level 23, 180 Ann Street, in the northern part of the CBD, close to Central Station and Roma Street Parklands.
“Bringing Gallagher together in one new CBD location with close proximity to our major underwriters enables our brokers to work with insurers in presenting clients’ risks and negotiating covers,” said Andrea Davey, Gallagher area director. “Our meeting rooms and boardroom are designed for great interactions with our clients.”
The 34-storey high-rise is the first commercial building to achieve a six-star Green Star Design Rating and six-star As-built Rating by the Building Council of Australia. It features a welcoming marble lobby that provides access to a café, ground-floor retail area, and food court. It also has parking, bicycle racks, and end-of-trip facilities.
Gallagher said it was particularly “impressed with the ample natural light – modulated by the external glass treatments that echo the oxbows of the river – and stunning views.”
