ATC Insurance Solutions has appointed James O’Donohue as plant and machinery underwriter, based in its Melbourne office.
According to a statement by ATC, O’Donohue will be in charge of expanding and developing the company’s plant and machinery portfolio for the eastern states.
O’Donohue holds a certificate from the Chartered Insurance Institute and has 11 years of insurance experience, mostly underwriting fleet and motor trade combined. He began his career as a credit card underwriter in 2005, before entering the commercial insurance sector as an underwriter for Liverpool Victoria in the UK. He relocated to Australia to take up an underwriting analyst role with AIG, before joining ATC.
“James will bring invaluable experience to the market,” the company said.
