Arch Underwriting at Lloyd's (Australia) has announced a new addition to its senior management team, as well as an internal appointment.
Alison Percival has been appointed regional manager for financial lines. In her new role, Percival will drive the current strategy and growth plans of Arch's local business, manage the local financial lines team, and take charge of all financial lines products underwritten in the region.
Percival joined the Sydney-based service company from
Chubb Insurance Australia, where she was the Australia/New Zealand product manager for directors and officers liability and financial institutions.
Reporting to Percival is Anthony Hinde, who joined Arch in 2014 and was promoted to underwriting manager for professional indemnity.
Dominic Brannigan, regional manager of Arch Underwriting at Lloyd's (Australia), said Percival's “experience and leadership fit well” with Arch's “culture and existing strategic direction.”
