USI Insurance Services is back on the acquisition trail.
The risk manager has today revealed a deal for Las-Vegas based insurance agency Orgill Singer & Associates, a specialist across the areas of employee benefits, commercial insurance and personal risk solutions.
Orgill Singer was founded back in 1986 and is now one of Nevada’s most well-known full-service independent insurance agencies. The deal will see all of its team members make the switch to USI, including CEO David Dahan, president Eric Springall and COO Eamon Springall.
“USI is an established leader in the risk management, insurance brokerage and consulting market, known for its best-in-class solutions, including proprietary analytics, local and national resources, and team-based planning approach,” Dahan said. “I am confident this new partnership will further strengthen our longstanding reputation for delivering superior solutions, expertise and service to our valued clients throughout Nevada.”
“We look forward to joining forces with USI,” added Eric Springall. “Our clients will continue to benefit from our coordinated solutions and support on a local level, and as part of USI, will also have access to USI’s proprietary resources, solutions and expertise on a national level.”
Meanwhile, Michael Sicard, USI’s chairman and CEO commented that he was “thrilled” to have the team join the “USI family.”
“By partnering as one, we look forward to serving our current and future clients throughout Nevada, the US and internationally,” he said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
