ALKEME has named industry veteran Don Esparza as president of its South/Southwest region.

The appointment supports the firm’s aggressive growth strategy across the southern and southwestern United States.

Esparza brings more than 30 years of insurance industry experience, with a background in business development, direct-to-consumer sales, and marketing innovation. In his new role, he will oversee regional operations and lead initiatives aimed at increasing ALKEME’s market share and strengthening its presence in key growth markets.
