Alliant Insurance Services has announced the appointment of Danny Reeder as a vice president within its employee benefits group.
Based in Utah, Reeder brings over 13 years of experience in strategic benefits consulting, self-funding, and cost containment to the national insurance brokerage and advisory firm.
Reeder will focus on helping employers navigate the complex landscape of employee benefits and healthcare by designing optimized, cost-effective benefit strategies. His expertise includes carrier negotiations, self-funded plan design, and tailored solutions that align benefit programs with broader organizational goals.

Before joining Alliant, Reeder served as a sales executive at a Utah-based employee benefits consulting firm. He also brings additional industry perspective from his leadership roles in the health and wellness sector, including serving as vice president of a health product distribution company and founding his own wellness brand.
Reeder earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Westminster College.
