Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation has announced the promotion of Luis Contreras to vice president and national account manager.
Contreras began his career at MGIC in 2002, joining the company as an intern. He later took on the role of inside source representative, before being promoted to account manager in 2011. Based in Dallas, he has been recognized several times for his sales ability. In 2017, he was named MGIC’s national salesperson of the year.
“Luis is a great talent, developing business and turning speed bumps into success stories,” said Jay Hughes, MGIC executive vice president of sales and business development. “His agility, competitive drive and persistence will serve him well in his role on the national account team.”
