King Risk Partners highlights the acquisition as a move towards bolstering its ability to provide industry-specific insurance solutions tailored to the unique needs of its clients.

Exclusive Programs, Inc is known for its expertise in waste management insurance, offering customized solutions that address the specific risks and challenges associated with the waste management and recycling sectors.

Chad King, CEO of King Risk Partners, said that the addition of Exclusive Programs enhances the company's portfolio and aligns with its mission to deliver targeted insurance solutions across various industries.

The acquisition is also seen as a way to better serve clients with specialized needs and to strengthen the company's presence in the waste management sector.

Bill Comiskey, principal of Exclusive Programs, Inc., said the partnership represents a significant step for the company.
