PartnerRe board of directors announce dividend on preferred shares

PartnerRe has announced that its board of directors has approved a dividend for the period spanning December 15, 2023, to March 14, 2024.

The declared dividend amounts to $0.3046875 per share on the company’s 4.875% Fixed Rate Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares, Series J. This dividend is scheduled for payment on March 15, 2024, to shareholders who are on record as of February 29, 2024.
