Chipping Norton business CETA Insurance – which offers a quote, compare, click, and bind service – has added James Robathan (pictured) as the property insurance platform’s marketing head.
“Having a strong marketing strategy is crucial as we continue to develop our extensive panel strategy and move into new markets,” said CETA chief executive Brendan Devine, whose camp caters to insurance brokers, independent financial advisers, and mortgage brokers.
“James has worked on successful campaigns for some of the biggest names in the market, and we are confident that his extensive experience and knowledge, combined with his belief in the CETA offering, will play a key role in driving the business forward.”
Robathan most recently served as digital campaigns head at Animal Friends Insurance. His insurance industry credentials span eight years spent at the likes of AXA, NFU Mutual, and SunLife.
“It is an exciting time to be joining CETA and start to build a brand and marketing strategy that will help the business and our partners forge even stronger relationships with customers,” commented the key hire, who worked in the travel sector prior to his switch to insurance.
“I’m passionate about insurance and the important role it can play in protecting the things that are important to us, so it’s great to be part of a talented team with ambitious plans.”
At CETA, Robathan will be developing a brand and marketing strategy in support of the company’s long-term growth plans. The new head of marketing, who is also director of a small charity, joins CETA’s more than 120 colleagues.
