Jensten Group has recently expanded its presence in East Anglia with the acquisition of Scrutton Bland Insurance Brokers, a move that bolsters its regional centre of excellence in the area. The acquisition adds over 50 staff members, two additional offices, and a gross written premium (GWP) of £22 million to Jensten's portfolio.
Scrutton Bland Insurance Brokers is known for its broking services across various sectors, especially in commercial property. The firm also has established specialisms in charity and agricultural sectors, demonstrating a deep understanding of the unique needs of clients in these areas.
This acquisition comes on the heels of Jensten's recent acquisition of One Broker Group, another East Anglia-based firm. Scrutton Bland will join forces with One Broker as part of Jensten's strategy to develop regional and specialist centres of excellence. This strategy aims to expand the company's regional footprint and increase its range of specialisms.
