Helios Underwriting Plc has now completed seven of the 20 limited liability vehicles (LLVs) acquisitions in its pipeline.
Snapped up for an aggregate cash consideration worth £5.1 million, the seven LLVs represent £6.6 million in syndicate capacity. The following are now part of Helios:

“Terms have been agreed with a further 13 LLVs where completion is subject, inter alia, to regulatory approval,” said the capacity consolidator, which provides a limited liability direct investment into the Lloyd’s insurance market.
“It is expected that these acquisitions will be completed shortly, and further announcements will be made in due course.”
