Fusion Specialty UK, which was launched only in June, has added two hires to the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) managing general agent.
Both making the switch from Aviva, Oliver Berridge and Yinan Guo are taking on the positions of director and associate, respectively, effective immediately. Their arrival comes as the global MGA – offices of which are in Melbourne, Sydney, Singapore, Hong Kong, Chicago, and London – eyes continental Europe.
Berridge was an M&A underwriter whose credentials also include time spent at Ambridge Europe Limited. Guo, meanwhile, brings SME (small- and medium-sized enterprises), technology, and real estate expertise.

Part of the POP Holdings Group, Fusion Specialty came to life in 2018.
