Evolution Claims Management is intensifying its environmental, social, and governance (ESG) efforts by teaming up with specialist carbon consultancy Sustainable Advantage.
Best known for leveraging technology to manage claims for UK insurance providers, Evolution Claims enlisted Sustainable Advantage to assist in achieving its net zero goals. The external consultancy will help collect and verify data, measure Evolution Claims’ greenhouse gas emissions, and recommend pathways to reduce its carbon footprint.

“We are committed to operating in a sustainable and responsible manner as part of our long-term success and are now keen to reduce our carbon footprint. Partnering with Sustainable Advantage, we will continue to work diligently to reduce our footprint and advance our company’s sustainability.”
Headquartered in Oldbury, Evolution Claims has been improving the company, installing talent development manager Sarah Kerr earlier this year while investing in management training for nine colleagues. The company also recently worked on boosting employee engagement.
Meanwhile client services director Ritchie Marshall emphasised the growing importance of ESG, saying: “ESG is no longer a choice; it is a necessity. Both clients and investors expect it, and here at Evolution Claims Management we are fully on board. Led by our ESG committee, we have set up some fantastic company-wide objectives.”
