Insurance claims specialist Evolution Claims Management has welcomed Sarah Kerr as its talent development manager as part of its plan to ensure that employees are playing a leading role in the company’s growth journey.
Kerr’s appointment also comes with the company’s investment in management training for staff to enhance their skills.
In a Press release, Evolution noted that Kerr brings over two decades of experience in the sector and will support staff learning as well as the implementation of plans for Evolution’s employee development.
So far, nine employees have completed a five-month program led by Lisa Hughes Coaching to enhance management skills. The course is focused on professional leadership development, covering topics such as the different styles of management and how to lead successful teams.
Kerr’s appointment and the firm’s new training delivery come as Evolution works to build its team for future growth after the appointment of managing director Russell Crewe.
Crewe, who most recently worked at professional services and technology company Davies Group, is shaping plans for the acceleration of Evolution’s business. He said he is pleased to welcome a new leader to Evolution’s people management team, and congratulated colleagues on completing the new management training program.
“We want to build on our progress to date by improving everything we do, with our people at the centre of our future success,” Crewe said. Staff at Evolution want to drive the business forward and are not afraid of change so they will be integral to our progress as we challenge the market and continue to grow.”
