Highly acquisitive insurance intermediary Specialist Risk Group (SRG), which this year alone has already made six swoops, is adding a trio of major names to its board.
Appointed as chair is William Nabarro (pictured), whose credentials include time spent as senior strategy advisor to Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group. Subject to appropriate regulatory approvals, he will join SRG armed with a wealth of experience, having held a number of board positions.
Coming onboard as well are non-executive directors Julia Hayhoe and Vicky Kubitscheck, also subject to approvals. A lawyer and management consultant, Hayhoe served as global chief strategy officer at Baker McKenzie. Meanwhile Kubitscheck, an AXA and Aegon alumnus, is president of the Insurance Internal Audit Group.
