This digital platform, known as the RSA Business Support Hub, boasts a vast collection of over 2,000 online resources covering various subjects, including business compliance, risk management, data security, and day-to-day business operations. Powered by Farillio and available 24/7, the platform equips customers with an array of guides, checklists, videos, workflow tools, legal templates, and more, facilitating the efficient management of their businesses and associated risks.
As part of the launch strategy, RSA is actively engaging with brokers to introduce and promote the hub, aiming to assist them in extending this valuable enhancement to their customers. Brokers will have the opportunity to delve into the hub's intricacies, gaining a profound understanding of how the platform can be leveraged to enhance customer engagement.
Commenting on the launch, Jo Darkins, professional and financial lines (ProFin) director at RSA, emphasised the significance of the Business Support Hub as a pivotal addition to the company's ProFin offering.
“Customers are interested in more than just ‘cover’; they want an offer that goes beyond the traditional and includes value-added services. We're now doing what we can to raise awareness among brokers and ensure their customers can benefit from the wealth of resources available on the hub,” she said.
The launch of the RSA Business Support Hub follows the launch of a new project by RSA's UK specialty lines business and Brit Ltd.
