That is the new tagline of Plan Insurance Brokers, whose play on the word “plan” makes perfect sense. As part of its marketing push, the Redhill-based firm has rolled out a new website – complete with what it described as a “refreshed brand identity” and a “smooth digital experience.”
According to Plan, its new platform is fully optimised for mobile devices and tablets and also features easier-to-use quote forms. In addition, the website’s new “Existing Customers” section will eventually become a dedicated self-service portal.
The insurance broker tapped the expertise of agencies Winwood Haines and Conductor for the branding initiative.
“As a forward thinking company, we always aim to develop and improve, in order to pre-empt our customers’ needs and to stay ahead of the competition,” noted Plan, which came to life nearly three decades ago and is now promising an enhanced online journey for customers.
Meanwhile new adverts as well as merchandising are also being launched.
