Claims service provider handl Group has appointed Neil Vose (pictured above) as head of digital transformation. He began his role on Oct. 11 and reports directly to CEO Graham Pulford.
In this role, Vose will work on accelerating digital transformation across the group, to improve the customer experience and enhance operational efficiency.
In his career as a digital strategist for various industries, Vose has worked with global enterprises, strategic consultancies and start-ups. Most recently, he was the digital lead at business growth agency Sevendots, as well as an advisor for several tech start-ups.
