Ecclesiastical Insurance Office Plc will have a new group chief financial officer in the form of Denise Patricia Cockrem.
Subject to regulatory approval, the appointment will also see the finance expert assume the role of executive director at the Gloucester-headquartered specialist financial services group.
The Mazars and EY alumnus brings experience from the likes of Barclays Bank and the Royal Bank of Scotland. Cockrem also previously served as CFO at Good Energy Plc, as well as finance director at RBS Insurance and RSA.
Earlier this year Ecclesiastical welcomed non-executive directors Angus Winther and Francois Boisseau.
