Bolstering its presence in the region, Carpenters Group has added to its roster of locations – opening a second office in Liverpool amid plans to expand its defence and serious & catastrophic injury teams. The new premises on Chapel Street will house 50 employees.
“Our defendant and serious catastrophic injuries services are important constituents of the group’s suite of solutions,” said Carpenters Group chief executive Donna Richards. “This new office demonstrates our long-term commitment to the provision of an optimal service to existing and new customers and the insurer market in general.
“Sustainable work and growth is fundamental to our plans, and the new premises are key to the expansion of our teams in these areas of work. We are looking at expanding our customer base and continue to work closely and proactively with insurers, their clients and families to ensure they have the full support and guidance they need.”
In Liverpool, the national legal and insurance services provider is also present at No.1 Tithebarn Street. Elsewhere, Carpenters Group has operations in two Birkenhead offices plus one each in Haywards Heath, Leeds, and Glasgow.
A workforce of approximately 1,000 people serves over 80,000 Carpenters Group clients.
