Aon has announced the appointment of Jane Kielty (pictured above) as the new chief executive officer for its UK operations.
As per her LinkedIn, Kielty's journey with Aon began in 2005. Her career progression within the firm includes her most recent roles as the UK firm's chief commercial officer (CCO) in 2021 and head of commercial risk UK in 2022. In these roles, Kielty has been instrumental in maintaining Aon’s commitment to delivering top-tier services to its clients and the market.
Additionally, she has been actively involved in the broader insurance industry, serving as the deputy chair of the British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA) and chair of the Insurance Broking Standards Committee since last year, where she has advocated on behalf of Aon and its clients.
