Estelle Machell, who was with Clyde & Co for nine years before leaving in 2013, has made a comeback.
Returning to the global law firm as a partner within the casualty insurance team, Machell has made the move from Keoghs. Her expertise spans large loss catastrophic injury and major bodily injury cases, and she is experienced in advising on indemnity issues as well as working with insurer clients on motor, employers’ liability, public liability, and agricultural claims.
“I am really pleased to be coming back to Clyde & Co and its highly regarded personal injury defendant practice,” said Machell, who has joined the unit in Manchester.
