Dixon, with more than 25 years of experience in insurance and human resources, brings a wealth of knowledge to the role.
“Catherine’s significant leadership and insurance experience, as well as her passion for people and professional development, made her a compelling appointee and we are excited she will be joining the ANZIIF Board,” ANZIIF president and Steadfast executive general manager Asia, NZ and Direct, Allan Reynolds said.
During its annual general meeting, ANZIIF also announced that Suncorp executive manager, customer culture, Callan McDonnell and Guy Carpenter vice chairman Paul Allison are retiring from the board.
“On behalf of the board and the team at ANZIIF, we would like to thank both Callan and Paul for their support, commitment and invaluable contribution to ANZIIF,” ANZIIF chief executive officer Prue Willsford said. “Their wealth of experience, continued dedication, input and knowledge sharing during their time on the board has been greatly appreciated.”
