Wawanesa Mutual Insurance Company has integrated ProNavigator’s Ask Sage Platform to help its broker partners access insurance information more efficiently.

Ask Sage is a “knowledge management platform” that features an intuitive search and retrieval interface designed to help answer broker partners’ underwriting questions in simple language, a release said.

“At Wawanesa, we’re committed to brokers, and to investing in innovative ways to ensure each and every customer transaction is as friction-free as possible,” said Wawanesa senior vice president and chief marketing officer Graham Haigh.

Haigh added that with the implementation of Ask Sage, Wawanesa is proud to gives its broker partners another tool to help them deliver even better service to policyholders.

“We have enjoyed partnering with Wawanesa to provide a platform to better service their brokers,” said ProNavigator CEO Joseph D’Souza. “Insurance is information-driven—it’s the lifeblood of the industry—and the need for information management tools is more vital than ever.”

According to D’Souza, ProNavigator chose to focus on a single problem affecting insurance business productivity – discoverability. By leveraging AI, the company can help search and retrieve information quickly, and ultimately enhance productivity, the chief executive said.
