Canadian insurance giant Aviva has been nominated for four awards at the first ever Insurance Business Awards

Canadian insurance giant Aviva has been nominated for four awards at the first ever Insurance Business Awards. Taking place on November 30th, the awards will celebrate the outstanding work of insurance professionals across Canada.

In order to ensure national recognition for organizations both large and small, the Insurance Business Awards feature 18 organizational and individual categories. Insurance Business called for nominations through its print magazine, Enewsletter and email blasts, which go out to 30,000 insurance professionals across Canada. Aviva has been nominated for the following awards:
 
P&C Insurer of the Year – Shines a light on companies that stand out by providing top-tier property and casualty insurance products to consumers and businesses across Canada.

Advertising Campaign of the Year - Recognizes the most outstanding broker-focused campaign in terms of effectiveness, reach and creativity.

Philanthropy & Community Service – Highlights the outstanding contributions of time, leadership and financial support of a brokerage/company.

Business Development Manager of the Year (Mitzy Gale) – Acknowledges business leaders who are pushing the envelope and demonstrating success in setting and exceeding business development goals.
 
Those nominated were asked to complete a submission form which will be reviewed by a panel of esteemed judges, who will select the winner in each category. The winners will then be announced at the Gala at The Liberty Grand in Toronto on November 30th.
