Spotlighting the future insurance leaders

Insurance Business Canada’s Rising Stars is back to recognize the industry’s promising superstars this year.

To be eligible, candidates must:

• be aged 35 or under on August 1, 2025
• work in a role that relates to, interacts with, or impacts the general insurance industry in Canada
• be committed to a career in, and hold a passion for, the insurance industry
• never previously been named in the Insurance Business Canada Rising Stars (or Young Guns) lists

Submit entries through this form. Candidates nominated by their colleagues will receive a self-nomination form during the entry period.

Taking part in this yearly ranking offers opportunities for young professionals to enhance their industry profiles.

Winners will be selected with the assistance of an independent advisory panel from Ebony Women International Insurance Network, Aon, Gallagher, Toronto Insurance Council, and HUB International.
