IBAM joins growing list of supporters for e-insurance proof system

Yet another broker association has endorsed the Centre for Study of Insurance Operations’ (CSIO) eDelivery solution for insurance proofs.

Members of the Brokers Association of Manitoba (IBAM) can now utilize CSIO’s My Proof of Insurance solution to send consumers their policy documents electronically, via email.

“My Proof of Insurance represents a potential win-win for brokers and consumers,” said IBAM CEO Grant Wainikka in a statement. “Leveraging this solution, brokers can deliver insurance documents digitally. My Proof of Insurance provides another valuable service delivery option for Brokers to consider in an ever-changing marketplace.”

“This endorsement from IBAM is a further indicator of growing broker enthusiasm for the My Proof of Insurance eDelivery solution,” added CSIO president and CEO Catherine Smola. “We appreciate IBAM’s support in promoting the benefits of this platform and driving adoption with their members, strengthening their value proposition for today’s digital consumer.”

Policy documents sent through the My Proof of Insurance system can be co-branded with both brokerage and carrier logos. Additionally, consumers are not required to download proprietary apps or to create a username and password – the documents are sent directly to a personal email address of their specification.
