CapriCMW Insurance Services, an independent insurance brokerage serving western Canada, has acquired Aon Reed Stenhouse in Whitehorse, YT.
The acquisition marks CapriCMW’s expansion into the Yukon Territory – the brokerage’s 15th location in Canada and the first outside of BC and Ontario. A release said that the acquisition reinforces CapriCMW’s position as a leading independent insurance brokerage in western Canada.
Following the deal, the Aon Reed Stenhouse team will begin to operate as CapriCMW effective March 02, 2020.

While the Aon Reed Stenhouse team will change its brand to CapriCMW, there will be no change to its day-to-day operations. The team’s service will not be disrupted, and existing processes will not change.
