Intact Financial Corporation subsidiary BrokerLink has continued its acquisition strategy, enhancing its market reach through three new purchases in Alberta and Ontario.
The property and casualty insurance brokerage acquired Grandin Agencies Insurance in St. Albert, Alberta, as well as Ontario-based All-Risks Insurance Brokers Sudbury and All-Risks Insurance Brokers Callander.

Serving St. Albert and surrounding areas for over 40 years, Grandin Agencies is a family-owned business offering both personal and commercial insurance spanning home, vehicle, rental property, cottage, boat, recreational vehicle, and business.
Located in Chelmsford, All-Risks Sudbury has been trading since 2009 with a focus on providing personalized service in home, auto, and commercial insurance. All-Risks Callander, meanwhile, has operated as a family business since 2019, specializing in serving the aviation and healthcare services sectors.
The teams from Grandin Agencies, All-Risks Sudbury, and All-Risks Callander will integrate into the wider BrokerLink group, continuing to serve their communities.
