Apollo Insurance Solutions has added to its leadership team with the appointment of Tracey Swain (pictured) to the role of chief financial officer.
As APOLLO’s new CFO, Swain will build and leverage financial systems, process, and controls to support the company’s strategic and operational plans, a release said.
Swain has more than 20 years of experience in progressive accounting, audit, and finance, having served several major global companies. She was most recently serving as CFO for O2E Brands, a privately-held and parent company of 1-800-Got-Junk? in Vancouver, BC. Prior to that role, Swain was vice president of internal audit at Lululemon and vice president of corporate finance for Adidas.
She completed her bachelor’s of commerce in accounting from the University of British Columbia, and she holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation.
“Tracey couldn’t have joined APOLLO at a better time,” said APOLLO Insurance CEO Jeff McCann. “With her extensive financial and public markets experience, she will be instrumental in scaling APOLLO’s aggressive growth into 2021.”
“I am excited to join the APOLLO team. APOLLO is poised for rapid expansion, and I look forward to leading a finance team that will be a strong partner to both our internal business leaders and our industry partners,” Swain commented.
