Key people as of 2019
Stanislav Kojokin – Partner
After almost six years as one of Lyons & Butler Insurance Brokers’ leading commercial producers, Kojokin partnered with fellow associate Arian Ebrahimi in April 2016 to develop KASE Insurance. Kojokin also sits on the board of directors for the Insurance Brokers of Toronto Region and is working on his CRM designation.

While he’s found success, it wasn’t always easy for Kojokin to make a name for himself in the industry.

“When I started applying for commercial insurance producer positions, I was declined on numerous occasions due to lack of experience,” he said. “A lot of small and mid-size brokerages today are looking for experienced producers with an existing book of business to join their team. In order to attract young talent, brokerages should invest in training and mentorship programs.”
Active in sports, the broker plays for and manages a Toronto men’s soccer team, participates in various charity races each year, and is an avid swimmer.

Arian Ebrahimi – Partner
Ebrahimi co-founded KASE Insurance after identifying the need for a boutique insurance firm in Toronto. KASE Insurance aims to be the go-to brokerage for specialized commercial products and tailored service.

“My business partner and I started KASE Insurance with the goal of encouraging new brokers to enter the industry,” said Ebrahimi, who considers mentoring other brokers the most rewarding part of his career. Ebrahimi has a CAIB designation and is working to complete his CPIB designation.

Culture
KASE Insurance’s leaders believe that the most important aspect of the business is working together as a team, which requires a collective team effort to ensure that clients receive consistent and exceptional service. To that end, KASE Insurance offers a commercial broker trainee program.

According to Kojokin, “This is a unique opportunity for new brokers entering the insurance industry, where myself and my partner Arian Ebrahimi will personally provide mentorship and support to help them jump start their career in the insurance industry with KASE Insurance.”
