Melissa Jolly entered the insurance industry in 2009. Starting in domestic insurance, she quickly progressed to managing commercial and corporate clients. Melissa progressed to the Mining & Construction team for one of Australia’s leading Brokers. In this role, she managed large mining companies around the globe. This international exposure meant she was writing programs underwritten by Lloyds Syndicates, the world’s leading insurance market. When an opportunity presented itself, Melissa travelled to London in 2017 to experience the international market.
After working in London for 4 years, Melissa was equipped with international knowledge and broking skills that would advantage her clients in Australia. She decided to harness this knowledge and experience into something special, and thus in 2021, Pinnacle Insurance Brokers was formed.
Melissa is the founder and Managing Director of Pinnacle Insurance Brokers (Pinnacle), a high-growth insurance brokerage delivering specialist services for its clients’ insurance needs. Pinnacle specialises in representing small and medium-sized enterprises that operate in a range of industry sectors, providing expert business insurance broking, risk advisory, and claims management services to help clients protect and grow their business.
Melissa works closely with her clients to analyse their business risks and discuss strategies to mitigate their problem areas. By learning about their business intricacies and caring about their future plans, Melissa and her team leave no stone unturned to find solutions and formulate comprehensive insurance programs.
