Major car insurer Youi has chosen Digicall Assist as its roadside assistance partner, just a few days after Woolworths Insurance (Woolworths) announced its multi-year agreement with the emergency roadside assistance provider.
As part of the partnership, Digicall Assist will provide end-to-end case management and national roadside assistance services to all of Youi's comprehensive car insurance policyholders.

Youi is one of the only insurers in Australia to automatically include roadside assistance in its car insurance policies, making it crucial for the insurer to partner with a reliable provider that can deliver an exceptional customer experience.
With the partnership, Youi car insurance policyholders can get assistance across Australia for vehicle roadside repairs, lock-outs, flat tyres, flat batteries, emergency fuel, and towing.
In addition, the partnership expands Digicall Assist's position as a roadside assistance partner of choice within the competitive insurance sector.
