Developed from in-depth broker consultations, Simplafy Connect grants brokers control over the insurance lifecycle, from quotes to policy administration.
David McMurdo, chief underwriting officer of personal lines at Steadfast Underwriting Agencies, elaborated on the motivation for its creation.
“Our in-depth research with brokers revealed a demand for a more intuitive and efficient broker portal,” he said. “We’ve created a pathway to simplify the process of arranging cover for clients of our valued brokers, enabling them to exceed their HNW clients’ service and risk advisory expectations.”
Simplafy Connect functions as a policy management tool, accessible round the clock, aimed at optimising brokers’ time and enabling them to strengthen client relationships further.
The platform’s first adopter within the Steadfast network is Dawes Underwriting Australia, a firm with over three decades of experience in high-end motor insurance.
Feedback from the initial deployment among brokers and test groups has been exceptionally positive, according to McMurdo.
Steadfast is actively seeking further input from brokers to continue refining and enhancing the platform.
