Royal Automobile Club of Queensland (RACQ) will now have a better claims process for its home and contents insurance business, thanks to the technology provided by Brisbane firm ENData.
To enhance its members’ claims experience while supporting a Queensland innovator, RACQ will be leveraging ENData’s digital claims platform. The major solutions provider was tapped to be a partner following an extensive procurement process.
Described as “interactive and intuitive,” the insurtech’s system will allow RACQ to connect external assessment and repairer data with the insurance claims team, which in turn will be better-informed throughout the process.
Benefits of ENData’s platform include claims administration automation, increased transparency across the claims journey, as well as improved ability to capture and analyse data.
“We’ll now be able to automate some of the ways we interact with our repairer and assessor network because this system will be an up-to-date snapshot of where assessment and repairs are for a claim – our team will be able to use it to speed up claims resolution and keep our members connected and up-to-date along the way,” said RACQ claims general manager Andrew Johnson.
“Not only is this technology going to mean a better experience for our members, we also love that we’re able to partner with a local Queensland tech business because it allows us to support our own state’s innovators.”
