Thanks to the live video streaming platform and remote assessing capabilities of Hello Claims, it’s business as usual (BAU) over at the accident management disruptor.

“Hello Claims is operating as business as usual due to our live streaming technology LiveLogik, and we are able to continue as BAU due to this socially responsible tool and way of conducting business,” said chief executive Nick Herford, who noted that individuals needing to get quotes in Australia are reluctant to leave their homes and travel to smash repairers for fear of catching the coronavirus or breaking social distancing rules.

In the CEO’s view, the use of their technology and collaboration tool can help repairers clear their backlog of quotes based on live streaming videos obtained remotely from the customer.

Herford asserted: “Many insurers are facing the difficult question of how best to support their customers in the claims process at this time. Live video streaming is definitely one product seeing a surge in demand that provides a safe alternative to the claim and repair handling process.”
