Global broker Gallagher has partnered with insurance software provider SSP to enhance its digital insurance system capabilities.
Under the partnership, Gallagher will use SSP’s digital insurance platform to support its direct digital distribution platform under the IMAR Insurance brand.
In a statement, SSP said that its platform “provides [Gallagher with] the capability to deliver tailored SME [small and medium-sized enterprise] insurance packages, with further product releases planned for this year.”
“The platform will provide an enhanced customer experience and enable Gallagher to launch products and segments quickly into new markets,” SSP said in a statement.
“We are pleased to be able to enhance our digital insurance system capabilities through the partnership with SSP,” said Andrew Whittle, head of agency at Gallagher. “The new platform will provide the system agility to deliver more compelling insurance solutions to our small business clients and affinity partners, as we pursue growth opportunities in industry segments”.
