AGILE, a Lloyd's coverholder, has rolled out two accident and health (A&H) products as part of its plan to expand its online trading platform, “Powered by Agile.”
The new products, Individual Accident & Sickness and Bill Cover, aim to help AGILE's broker partners address their customers' needs while reducing friction costs.
Adam Bohacek, the head of A&H at AGILE, explained that the new products provide a seamless and user-friendly way for brokers to quickly process A&H policies and ensure their customers have access to the right products for their “financial security and peace of mind.”
“Cover can be obtained within minutes through whatever device they choose,” Bohacek said.
The Powered by Agile platform allows brokers to quote and bind products in minutes, with its real-time dashboard providing insights on how customers are engaging with each quote and policy.
“The online products augment our broader A&H offering,” Bohacek said. “We want to help our brokers do [fewer] forms and processing and free up time to do what they're best at – providing quality advice to their customers.”
During the first half of 2021, AGILE had found a significant increase in usage of its trading platform as it continues to “allow brokers to bind lower value policies at scale and speed.”
