Pro Global has announced the expansion of its digital services capabilities, led by Kristy Lovegrove (pictured above), group head of technology, to meet rising demand for automation and technology-driven efficiency in the re/insurance sector.

The move builds on Pro’s acquisition of Propel Automation in 2023, which integrated Propel’s Robotic Process Automation (RPA) expertise with Pro’s technology services. The combined approach is designed to enhance Pro’s digital transformation solutions for re/insurers.

Pro Global noted that its expanded digital services are already deployed in several key regions, including Germany, Latin America, and areas within insurance services, MGA, and claims functions.

Chris Everson, Pro Global’s chief operating officer, highlighted the growing demand for digital services, driven in part by London market modernization.

“The re/insurance industry is under immense pressure to reduce costs and improve efficiency, and we’re keeping pace by providing cutting-edge automation tools and expert advisory services at scale. Through the integration of Propel Automation, we’ve seen dramatic increases in efficiency for our clients, enabling them to reduce their cost base while maintaining competitive advantage,” Everson said.

He stated that the integration of Propel Automation has led to increased efficiency for clients, helping them lower costs while maintaining competitiveness.

Lovegrove shared that Pro’s digital services strategy for 2025 will focus on maximizing the value of its technology investments.

“With Propel’s RPA capabilities now integrated into our broader digital offerings, we can deliver even greater efficiency, transparency, and data-driven insights to leading re/insurers around the world. Our goal is to ensure that every aspect of our business – from insurance services to MGAs – benefits from the transformative power of digital enablement,” she said.

Rich Emmett, head of insurance services at Pro Global, added that automation has improved operational efficiency for clients, especially in claims handling and underwriting.

“By reducing manual tasks and improving data accuracy, they are able to focus on higher-value activities. We’re proud to be at the forefront of this digital transformation and to continue expanding and enhancing our holistic digital service offer globally,” he said.
