The new offering aims to provide value beyond the scope of traditional insurance cover by delivering practical and personalised support – from prevention to recovery – to ensure customers have the resources they need to feel their best, Zurich said.
“Zurich Evolve marks an exciting new chapter as we reaffirm our commitment to help more people live well and enjoy confident lives,” said Dr Sally Phillips, head of health services at Zurich Australia and New Zealand. “By integrating health throughout our business, from product design to claims, Zurich is placing the wellbeing of our customers at its centre.”
Zurich Evolve provides Zurich and OnePath customers and members with complementary access to an extensive range of health services, including preventive checks to identify risks and conditions, such as cancer and mental health concerns.
The new offering also focuses on supporting customers throughout their lifetime – including physical, mental, social, and financial wellbeing events – by providing additional resources, including financial coaching, grief counselling, and return-to-work support, such as business and executive coaching.
“[Zurich Evolve] demonstrates the important role insurers can play in prevention, early intervention, and wellbeing management beyond just supporting customers in the event of a claim,” Dr Phillips said.
