Law firm Colin Biggers & Paisley has expanded its Brisbane insurance practice by appointing Sam Harvey as a senior associate.
Harvey (pictured) has extensive experience in insurance law, focusing on professional indemnity, general liability insurance, insurance and reinsurance, property insurance, and construction disputes. He has also advised on general commercial litigation matters, covering defence in regulatory prosecutions, defamation proceedings, shareholder disputes, restraint of trade applications, and international commercial arbitrations.
Harvey’s appointment reaffirms Colin Biggers & Paisley’s commitment to expanding its Brisbane insurance team, it stated in a news release.
Gavin Creighton, joint insurance practice leader at Colin Biggers & Paisley, welcomed Harvey to the insurance team.

Harvey joined Colin Biggers & Paisley after it expanded its Brisbane insurance team with five appointments in August 2023.
