Beginning in July 2023, Zurich's logo will be featured on the Wests Tigers NRLW players' jerseys, and it will support the club through several community activities focusing on diversity and inclusion. The partnership also includes sponsorship of the new state-of-the-art training and administrative facility, the Zurich Centre, and the Wests Tigers women's team.
“We are now delighted to welcome Zurich as a premier partner of Wests Tigers. This aligns a highly reputable, international brand with a state-of-the-art facility and two organisations which share strong community values,” said Wests Tigers CEO Justin Pascoe.

Zurich launched Zurich Centre (pictured) last week during a ceremony attended by state and local government officials, Wests Tigers corporate partners, and alumni. Forming part of the new Concord Oval and community sports precinct, the facility features leading administrative and training amenities, including a pool, gym, wrestling room, and physiotherapy space.
“The new ‘Zurich Centre’ marks a real milestone for the Wests Tigers and the local community, providing players with access to world-class facilities so they can perform at their best,” said Justin Delaney, CEO of Zurich Australia and New Zealand. “We are also incredibly proud to support the Wests Tigers inaugural NRLW team, championing women's sport and the growth of junior and grassroots rugby league in Australia. This is a natural alignment between our two organisations which are committed to making a real difference in local communities.”
Pascoe added: “The Zurich Centre gives us something to be truly proud of, and it provides our players and staff with an environment that will help them to be the very best they can be.”
The partnership follows the announcement of Zurich Resilience Solutions, the commercial risk advisory and services unit of Zurich, that it has become the preferred supplier of resilience and sustainability services to the world's largest independent broker network.
