Wotton + Kearney has expanded its general liability team in Perth with the addition of a team of five insurance lawyers known for their expertise in financial lines, property, and energy.
The team joins Wotton + Kearney from Clyde & Co, and is led by partner Tim Searle. It’s also comprised of senior associates Jade Macukat, Alex Gregg, and Gemma Cooper, and associate Alex Ward-Noonan.
Searle is an expert in both the Australian domestic market and the Lloyd’s market in professional indemnity (construction and engineering), directors and officers (D&O), public and product liability, property (construction works) and energy, and oil and gas insurance. He has also managed claims across six continents, including the US.
