Dive In is a global initiative of the insurance sector that supports the development of inclusive workplace cultures. This year’s Dive In Festival theme is “Active Allyship and Empowerment: From intention to action.”
“Globally the Liberty team is very focused on realising the benefits that a diverse and inclusive culture can bring, and these topics are currently a significant part of our internal training agenda,” said Mike Abdallah, president and managing director of Liberty Specialty Markets Asia Pacific. “I’m very pleased that we can help spread the message further and wider in our industry through again participating in the Dive In Festival this year.”
David Kearney, chief executive partner of Wotton + Kearney , added: “This year’s Dive In Festival is focused on how we can educate and empower people to become active allies and take real action to support underrepresented colleagues. We’re delighted to support this initiative, and I’m sure James and Narelle will provide a number of practical ideas that will inspire each of us to make a difference in our own workplaces.”
